Default 28th January 1963

Hi
Can anyone confirm?
What was the pressure over the UK on the 28th January 1963. I am rather
surprised and quite taken back to see a warm high over the UK on this day
from
http://www.wetterzentrale.de/topkarten/fsreaeur.html
What were the surface temps?
Regards
Rob
