Default Weekly forecast to change format

================================================== ==================
This posting expresses the personal view and opinions of the author.
Something which everyone on this planet should be able to do.
================================================== ==================

For several years now I have issued a weekly forecast summary for the UK. The
format has changed little, however, I intend to change it starting next week.
From now on I will focus on and discuss the likelihood of key weather events,
eg. severe thunderstorms, long dry spells, heavy rain and gales, snow. In summer
there will be a "national haymaking" outlook (as per previous years) and in
winter, a "sledging forecast for Dartmoor". I feel that will be more useful than
a blow by blow account of likely progression of weather throughout the week. If
nothing is likely to happen then the forecast will be short of course, e.g.
"high confidence of a lot of dry weather this week with above average
temperatures and a short spell of rainy weather mid-week, mainly in the north".

Will.
