Take a look at www.ndbc.noaa.gov/station_page.php?station=62107 and
www.sennen-cove.com/todaysurf.htm Just 1-2 ft swell off Land's End, it's very rarely that calm. However, things are forecast to improve a lot, and with a warm southerly wind giving a clean wave on the north Cornwall coast I think it's time to dig out my wetsuit for the first time since last October. It's been a pleasant April here (details to follow), sunnier, warmer & drier than the norm after a wet, cold & thoroughly miserable March. Plants have caught up nicely. Clematis, osteospermum, horse chestnuts and bluebells in flower now. Graham Penzance |
