Default Different forecasts crazy!

In the last 4hrs, ive had my tv on while playing battlefield 2 and i noticed
every 27 passed the hr and 5mins to the hr the forecast was different, why
is it changing so much
when the main front isnt even near here yet.

BBC NEWS 24

Snow only for north
Snow as far as midlands
Snow as far as the south coast
Snow lasting for a few hrs in the east
Snow possibly lasting into the afternoon from the north
down to the south east.

Why dont they just say we are unsure , so it could do anything

What, admit they don't know what they are talking about? God forbid.

Heard during a BBC weather forcast yesterday: "Tomorrow the rain may
fall as snow" :-)

Well Dan is showing a map which at 8.00 pm shows snow and rain getting into
the Bristol area and showing it reaching London area at 8.00am. Well on the
5.30 pm radar it runs from the Solent through Swindon up to Birmingham so it
is either due to retreat or at least slow up a lot.

Having seen a few of these situations before, all I'll say is usually it's a
non-event anywhere south of London.
Ready to be bought down in flames for a negative\miserable attitude!

Touch and go I think - rain reported in W.Sussex - I believe you had some
quite intense precipitation. Anyway it's reached Bracknell now so I think
we'll know before the night is out.

Hello Dave. well looking at the 7pm radar I get the impression the front
needs to stop at a 'little chef' for a couple of hours to make that time
scale.

I'd say west London M25 by 10pm at least.
