I have set up a Quote of the Day server to fill a public need. Any may
use it, free. To the best of my knowlege the quotes are in the public domain and can be used as desired. To use it, paste the following line at a dos window prompt: telnet aaone.dlinkddns.com 17 or if you are a Linux freak use a terminal window and make the appropriate adjustments. This is typical ouput: "My spelling is Wobbly. It's good spelling but it Wobbles, and the letters get in the wrong places." A. A. Milne (1882-1958) Connection to host lost. Use and enjoy. |

I tried it thus: telnet aaone.dlinkddns.com 17 and this is what I got: "Man can climb to the highest summits, but he cannot dwell there long." George Bernard Shaw (1856-1950) Connection to host lost. Thanks for the valuable tip. Connection to host lost. |
