Default BBC Series Makes Feeble Attempt At Discrediting Global WarmingSwindle Film

Like I mentioned earlier, AGW is a "politicians vs scientists"
crunch issue.

The BBC is making a very serious point on behalf
of the politicians: "Never mind your facts, we can
make this graph that you math-science types are
calling totally wrong - come out looking humongously
right simply by doing things like carting it around.
What can that your math and your science do
about _that_?"

I caught part of one of the episodes on the BBC last night.

Several thing bothered me. A LOT in fact.

1: The reporter claimed AGW as proven fact.

2: The reporter claimed that 'only a TINY minority' of scientists disagree
with the concept (whereas IMHO it's moving in exactly the opposite
direction)

3: The reporter claimed Mann's 'hockey stick' as fact despite the ridicule
it has been subjected to and did not include Loehle's recent proxy work
which confirms both the MWP and LIA which Mann does not.

4: The reporter repeated the lie that the highest temps have been in recent
times when even the *corrected* NASA data shows the 1930's (in the USA) to
be the hottest period.

5: The reported belittled the effect of cosmic rays and sunspot activity.
Hint, try using a cloud chamber.

6: The reporter only quoted 'soundbites' from scientists, hence not
allowing them to make their point.

Frankly a total sham. I intend to complain to both the BBC and OFCOM.

Graham
