1500z: 28014KT 60km 2CU035 (2CI250) 15.9/5.8 QFF 1007.7 rising.
SYNOP: 42686 32814 10159 20058 40077 52016 82201 333 82835=
Precipitation visible at times in the NE quadrant. Well-developed cumulus to east and north-east, flatter to the west. Some thin cirrus above. Excellent visibility. Surface wind W F4 with gusts to 22 knots. Maximum temperature so far is 17.2 (1222z).
