Stratus forming above the southwest coastal cliffs and hills
is coming and going over Niton. Constantly blue skies to the
south but I can't see through the stratus to see what cloud
is lurking to the north, though I did spot some Cu congestus
earlier. The stratus produced an outbreak of slight drizzle
1343-1350Z. Occasional hill fog. Patchy Sc observed over the
sea. Visibility varies between 12km and 50km, generally the
latter over water. Wind WSW'ly F4-5.
RH 90%. Max temp so far today 13.4
