intervals after 15z yesterday, also a heavy rain shower near
1740z, max rate 20 mm/hr, accompanied by a strong squall,
mean wind increased instantaneously from 10 min mean 3kt,
to 15kt gust 29kt at 1730z, decreasing back to 5kt by 1815z.
Low cloud cleared during the evening but there was a large
amount of high cloud throughout the night.
