Slight to moderate rain Tuesday evening, becoming intermittent after midnight. Precipitation continuous after 0530z and becoming heavy in the past five minutes as the cold front approaches. Cloudy or overcast. Generally good visibility, dropping to moderate in the past five minutes. Surface wind SSE-S F4-5 with gusts to 37 knots overnight. Minimum temperature so far is 8.1 (1825z).
