0900z: 16011G27KT 5000m Slight rain and drizzle 1ST003 8ST005 8.2/7.3 QFF 994.1 falling.
SYNOP: 41250 81611 10082 20073 49941 56026 75865 887// 333 81703 88705 90710 91127 91027=
Rain and drizzle stopped for a time and low cloud broke a bit, but it has deteriorated recently with the return of rain and drizzle and extensive low stratus. Visibility improved to good for a time but now moderate verging on poor. Surface wind SSE-S F4 with frequent gusts into the mid-20s.
