Cloudy in to Wednesday evening, with one or two spots of rain around 1800z. Cloud broke not long after midnight and it became frosty. E'ly surface wind F2-3 for most of the time since Wednesday afternoon, but it fell to F1 or calm for a time after midnight, before picking up again after 0300z. A cold day Wednesday, but some slightly warmer air pushed in during the evening to give a late maximum. Currently there is a light hoar frost on grass and cars, but the roads are dry; visibility rather hazy and the sky is virtually clear apart from a small amount of thin cirrus.
