How far above normal are your temps? Here it's just below 3 degrees.

Average October maximum temperature in Brussels currently 20.7°C: 6 deg. C (yes, six !) above normal (reference period 1981-2010).

Average minimum + 2.2; overall average + 4.2.

October sunshine had exceeded the normal for the whole month by the 15th.
