1200z: 16008KT 12km Slight rain 7ST012 8SC020 15.6/14.4 QFF 1002.6 rising.
SYNOP: 11462 81608 10156 20144 40026 55000 60491 76165 885// 333 87712 88620=
Heavy rain persisted until just after 1100z with a peak rate of 28 mm/hr at 1030z. Since 1100z it has been mainly slight but still continuous. Event total now stands at 72.4 mm. Surface wind has picked up a bit to F3-4. Low stratus has lifted off the hilltops and the visibility has improved.
