RMK: A rather grey morning but no rain so far.

RMK: Cold front went through around 1230z. A mostly
cloudy day but the cloud has become much more
broken during the past hour. There was a little drizzle
mid-morning and a few sprinkles of rain mid-afternoon
but not enough to wet the ground. Max temp 19.1°.
