1200z: 21003KT 3500m Slight rain and drizzle 4ST003 7ST010 8SC020 9.5/7.8 QFF 1007.3 rising.

The poor conditions on the coast have now migrated inland. Slight drizzle started around 1045z, and a lowering of cloudbase and visibility. Currently there is rain mixed in with the drizzle and it is looking particularly dreary. Light SSEly breeze has veered SSWly.
