RMK: A spell of slight to moderate snow yesterday evening
between about 1930z and 2230z resulted in 5 cm of fresh snow.
Snow showers have continued overnight and there's now 9 cm of
lying snow. It's very wet and slushy stuff. The traffic should
clear the roads quite quickly at this level. The temp has
been between +0.5° and +1.5° all night.

RMK: Dry for the past couple of hours with some cloud breaks.
There's 8 cm of lying snow. It was wet and slushy earlier
but it's now got a hard, frozen crust. Travel seems to be a
bit problematical this morning with 4 main roads in the
area closed due to the snow.
