Brussels on Thursday 5th November 2015

Mostly cloudy morning, but brighter towards midday. Broken high and medium-level cloud in the early afternoon, with some sunshine, but mostly cloudy again from mid-afternoon. Slight rain at times during the evening. Temperature still very much above normal for the time of year, with a light to moderate southerly wind.
