Rmks: Min 11.8, grass min 7.9, rain (since 1700) 0.4 mm. Slight rainbow.

28/1620 Z Jul 13: SSE F4 18KM -SHRA 5CU015 17.2/15.2 1007
Rmks: Max 19.9 (1007 Z)....first day since 4th where temperature has failed
to reach 20 C or more. Showers at times today have produced 2.8 mm with a
max rain rate of 33.4 mm/hr at 1026 Z.
