I have just been looking at the storm dates I said I had forecast
correctly:

That reads like I forecat a Tropical stom fot Thursday the 7th of
February.
I am pretty certain I saw quite clearly that there would be no storms
until this weekend. Felleng died on Sunday 3 Febb 2013 I have no idea
what I was thinking.
I didn't expect a storm until this weekend maybe not a full blown stom
until Sunday the 10th. I was pleased with myself prediicting my first
storm some few days ahead of the JTWC.
I was even pleased wityh the mist hanging around here first thing.
Spoiled it somewhat to find what |I actually wrote was far short of
anything useful. Some good stuff to ponder though
Signals fot anything in excess of a mag 7.8 or so quake don't give the
same signals as those for a quake in the region of 6.9 to 7.7.
Me4anwhile the development over Canada seems to be telling of another
largwe magnitude quake:

Look at the forecast fot the 12th.
4 Lows. Not very deep ones but the arc of the three from the Gulf of
Alaska to the Great Lakes begs for an earthquake prdiction somewhere
80 to the SW of it.
THe arc made by the first two and the other Low south of Greenland
begs a forecast epicentre over the North Pole again I'd plump for 80
degrees down the meridian over the top from the Mississippi. That's
back in Fifian Triangle waters. So more from Santa Cruz Islands?
In this new spell?
Not likely.
I'd have to make it an each way bet.
We can't possibly have another major upset there can we?
But it works for the Japanese.
Look at all that stuff they had for months before the big one.
