That's a big and significant difference between screen max and AWS maximum - the difference between an ice day and not.
I noticed all the other AWSs in the area were slightly above zero. Any ideas why such a difference? There certainly was some melting here in Arborfield yesterday, albeit mostly on tarmac, and within 4 feet of the house.
