The email never passed through the fred.net domain steve, that's owned
by an American ISP owner whos name is Fred. The email address
is used, probably without permission, by someone who posts
to uk.sci.weather from a BT account.

Looks like another fred from uk.local.yorkshire is accusing you of
sending viruses to people.
