I have only just seen this and can only echo the good things everyone else
has said. He was the most helpful, kind and consistent to all on the group
and epitomised what it is all about. His writings on the winter of 1963 are
the best and I will always look back at them and think of Mike. The way he
conducted himself is something we should all aspire to. So sorry.
