Far from being dreadful I found my walk today out in the cold, crisp
winter sunshine to be most invigorating. I defy anyone to disagree...
It'll also help get rid of bugs, virus's and aphids which plague us in
the summer playing havoc on the harvests. Like many things, there is
always two sides to the coin.

In the past day or two I heard somebody being interviewed on Radio
Scotland about this.
Said that the timing of the cold snap was particularly unfortunate
(like it's mid-winter!)
