Yes- it seems that is the case. I read out Philip Eden's comments from
the back of the Sunday Telegraph to the Mrs and we have both been
looking forward to a couple of warmer days.
Looks like we are going to have to wait a while now - perhaps mid May

Yes I think it's going that way Robin. Probably another cold spell at the
beginning of May, before spring arrives in Mid-May.
