Any idea yet how much rain has fallen ?Reminded me of weekend daytime
August 1978 when your area was in a convergence zone?

Here in Surrey and across Sussex there is major event going on with
severe
storms. In Coulsdon rain is now torrential, cascades of water down my
hill
and widespread flooding is now reported in the region. Could be big news.
Lightning become very active and deafening thunder. Now shutting down.
