Seeing the huge dust devils on Mars, the large vortices (some
persistent
for centuries) on Jupiter and Saturn, one can only conclude that
vortices
of all sizes and strengths are properties of planetary atmospheres.
(Who would God be punishing on those planets?)

BTW, a vast minority of people in Thailand are Muslims.
