New storm developing and moving in from SE- computer going off for the third
time

Very electrically active short lived thunderstorms racing by this evening
from SE to NW. They seem to be forming over the high ground just to the
south east of me. I have had to turn the computer off twice. Extremely
loud
thunder and intense bursts of rain but not lasting much more than 5
minutes
and not showing up too well on radar. The wind at mid level is around 40
knots or so. Rainfall only 5mm due to their brevity.
