Valid for 06 June 2005 to 03 July 2005
A generally settled spell of weather is expected during the first week, as
an anticyclone to the northwest of Scotland edges south and slowly declines.
It will also be rather cool, particularly in the east. A brief unsettled
spell is likely in the south towards the end of the week, followed by much
warmer and mostly dry weather in the second week. Temperatures are expected
to be particularly high in southern and western districts. A further change
is forecast for the second half of the month, although confidence is far
from high as to developments. Be that as it may, the most significant
indication is that Wales and most of England will have above average
rainfall, more especially in the south.

I believe this is the third month where above average rainfall has been
forecast....but yet to materialise in the South
