Little Ringed Plovers should also be making an appearance soon; it will be
intersting to see if the current blocked weather stup up delays their
return.

It would't suprise me if some method of investigation into optics yet to
be devised, found that birds were able to see the weather developing. In
the meantime we know that March, if it enters in like a lion, will leave
as a lamb.

(And of course the reverse is true too.)
