Default Line convection over Wales

Very wet in Cornwall. I recorded 39mm in Penzance, 38mm at Camborne, 61mm at
Cardinham. Quite a bit of flooding, man-hole covers lifted, mud accross
roads etc

Fairly sunny by 11:00, and temperature up to 21 degrees by 13:30.

Dear All

The return of line convection (largely a wintertime phenomenon!) over

Wales
this morning:

Quite coherent band that is quasi-stationary. Goodness knows what the
rainfall totals are like in the region. No wonder there's a severe weather
warning out.
