Hi Guys

My company has been contracted to work at Glastonbury this year, and I was
wondering if anyone had any insight as to how the weather will pan out
throughout the duration of the festival - (starts 23rd June, ends 28th June)

Cheers all

Rob.

.... no doubt there is some enterprising salesperson in one of our
weather forecasting outfits even now preparing the brief ... or if they
aren't then they should be!

no doubt planning whether you need to buy the 20,000 pairs of wellington
boots or sunhats depending on the forecast

Hi Rob,

The UKMO are the official forecasters to Glastonbury this year I think,
perhaps you should drop them a line and ask them. Virtually impossible to
give a solid forecast at this distance but this morning all 10 of the MRF
ensemble runs for the 00z and 06z out to the end of this month showed a
return to wet and windy weather, perhaps it knows it's Wimbledon that week
too ;-)

It was 3 months ago and I was going to send you a piece of wedding cake but
it all got scoffed! You were however correct and we had clear blue skies and
sunshine all day!
