Overcast this morning but dry until a few spots of rain fell
around 1130Z. By 1200Z, the clouds broke enough for a few
sunny intervals. Further outbreaks of slight rain and drizzle
1335-1420Z, followed by a large break in the StSc layers to
reveal a little Cc above but there appears to be no other
medium or high cloud present. Frequent sunny intervals at
the moment while the broken cloud races by from SW to NE.
Good visibility but moderate at times in precipitation.
Only a trace of rain since 0900Z. Wind S'ly F4 during the
morning, veering SW'ly and increasing F6 an hour ago.
