Repeat of Monday really, nothing all day just rumbles of thunder in the
distance towards the west around 16.30, this lasted for alsmost 30 minutes. Dry evening then thunder and lightning started around 21.40, the storm really got going with a spectacular lightning show around 22.15. Thunder not as load as Monday and the storm didnt last as long, petered out around 23.45. Graham |

On Tuesday the thunder was not loud but there was frequent lightning. Nicholas Meir Heath, Stoke-On-Trent. |

It would be nice to find that the multidecadal cycle is shipping out with the June rains, small comfort to the hay farmer. Someimes the storm gets you and sometimes you gets the monsoon. |
