Default Very wet so far today

Light to moderate rain early today become persistent heavy rain from
around 09.00 GMT. Just eased off in the last 10 minutes with 21.1mm so

Let's hope the weather warnings for thunderstorms is wrong again

Only 1.6mm in Tideswell since 0900z. It's been only persistent dribbly
slight rain here.

A couple of fairly heavy spells (well heavy for Southend), currently 9.2mm (VP2) 9.0mm (WMII)

Grass greening up now after a couple of decent falls this week.
