There's patches of castellanus. 0900z 12006kt 50km SKC 25.8/16.4 1010 RMK: Hot and sunny but noticeably less sticky than yesterday. The temperature is 6.6° higher than at 0900z yesterday. 09-09z: Tx 25.9 (1355z) Tn 14.0 (0350z) RR nil 18-09z: Tg 11.8 00-24z: Sun 3.9 1600z 16009kt 25km 2Ac080 4Ac120 32.5/20.1 1007 RMK: A horribly hot day. Sunny during the morning but increasing castellanus in the afternoon as the middle level instability triggered off. No precipitation so far but it has become increasingly sticky. Max temp 33.6° which makes it, by a considerable margin, the hottest day since I started recording here in Jan 2009.
