Default Extreme lack of sun in Brussels: 3 hrs 20 min in 18 days !

In the 18 days from 27th December to 13th January inclusive, Brussels Uccle has recorded just 3 hours 20 minutes sunshine.

11 of those 18 days were entirely sunless, and 2 days each recorded just 1 minute of sunshine.

Fortunately, it has changed today ... !

It has been quite cloudy here too in this normally fairly sunny part of
the British Isles, following on from a very dull December. Though
nothing like what you've experienced Colin.

I cannot imagine we would record anything like that here but you never know.

Four sunless days so far and the sunshine total now stands at 31.4
hours. Below my eLTA of over 80 hours for the whole of the month but
plenty of time for a recovery.....

Januaries 2015 to 2017 all recorded more than 100 hours each.
