Medium cloud broke Sunday afternoon to give some sunshine. Clouding over quikcly during Sunday evening, and it has been cloudy since. Mainly dry, but with some slight rain and drizzle at times. Currently there is some very low stratus around, with associated poor visibility. Surface wind is a light easterly drift.

Low cloud gradually lifted after 1000z and the visibility improved. Slight drizzle started before 1000z, and it is now accompanied by a few raindrops.. Surface wind veered southerly by 1000z and picked up to F2, and has further veered to southwesterly since. A gloomy and damp day.

Rain and drizzle stopped between 1245z and 1400z, and there were a few very fleeting sunny intervals. However, the cloud has thickened up again and rain and drizzle recommenced, and it is now a dull day again. Visibility moderate at best, and all surfaces wet. Light southwesterly breeze. Maximum temperature so far today is 14.5 (1313z).
