1600z: 22012KT 3000m Moderate drizzle 7ST002 8ST005 17.6/16.5 QFF 1015.5 steady.
SYNOP: 41130 82212 10176 20165 40155 55005 75365 887// 333 87702 88705=
A wet day. Moderate to heavy rain until 1230z, then a period of slight drizzle for 45 minutes, followed by moderate to heavy rain or drizzle since. 14.4 mm of precipitation since 0900z, bringing the total for this event to 17.2 mm. Extensive low cloud - some of the lowest ases I have seen at this location. Moderate or poor visibility. Surface wind was light until 1300z, when it veered southwesterly and picked up to F4. Relatively warm in spite of the precipitation and breeze, the maximum temperature so far is 17.7 (1553z), and it is still trying to drift upwards.
