RMK: Mod/hvy rain continued till 1105z. It was followed
by slight drizzle that persisted till around 1230z.
Dry since then but mostly cloudy. After the early
coolish feeling it became very warm and muggy in the
dry conditions in the afternoon with the temp reaching
a max of 20.2°. The wild raspberry crop around the
village appears to have been a victim of the hot and
dry weather. There's only a few very shrivelled fruits
to be seen. The brambles aren't looking much better.
They wouldn't be ripe for another month or so but there
doesn't appear to be much fruit setting on the bushes.
