A fine and sunny day with small amounts of convective cloud. Cumulus was shallow locally but some Cu med visible to north and north east this afternoon. Cumulus cloud completely dispersed about an hour ago, as it feels like air from the Bristol Channel has now made it this far inland. Excellent visibility for most of the day, but slightly hazier now - even so, it is very good, around 30 km. Light winds for most of the day, but have picked up to a F3-4 SW'ly in the past hour. Maximum temperature today was 24.9 (1452z).
