SYNOP: 42684 61802 10194 20104 40295 57007 81132 333 81835 86075= A clear and cold night Thursday night, follwed by a fine, warm and sunny day on Friday. Small amounts of convective cloud late Friday afternoon. A cool and clear night Friday night, apart from a general increase in high cloud and some thin altocumulus late in the night. Light and variable winds since Thursday evening, and very good or excellent visibility. Currently there is a fair bit of thin cirrus, with some dense patches within it. Under this is some patchy thin altocumulus. Local convection has just commenced, with a small amount of shallow cumulus visible to the north.
