[CC] Wind and ice drift point to climate change in western Arctic

Nothing really new in this article as far as I'm concerned as I noticed
these changes in drift patterns several years ago. Whereas ice stations
would be circling the anticyclonic Beaufort Gyre back in the 60s, buoys
in similar positions now exit through the Fram Strait. It also occurred
to me a decade or so ago that the increased warmth through lack of or
thinner ice in the eastern Arctic would lead to more cyclonicity in that
area and a greater flow of ice out of the Arctic. This will only
increase as further loss of ice occurs.
