Cloudy start after some rain late in the night. Somewhat brighter from mid-morning, with brief glimpses of sunshine for the first time in 8 days, but a couple of slight passing showers around midday. Large amounts of cloud through the afternoon, with just occasional bright intervals. Moderate SW wind backed S in the evening.
