Default West Cornwall - Lovely Day & Industrial Heritage

Lovely day with sunny periods & patchy thin semi-transparent Ac. Light winds AM, breezier PM. Cloud just starting to roll in (16:00). Maximum temperature 16.8C.

A few pics this morning of the coastal industrial mining landscape of Pendeen & Botallick, (includes sea & clouds!). http://www.turnstone-cottage.co.uk/Tin.html No sign of Poldark - but I did get a pic of him on horseback last time I was in the area - so he is real.

Give me strength - does anybody actually drink that stuff?

Oy, my wife and I honeymooned for two weeks in Mowshull and we drank mead most
nights. Even still have the Cornish pint glasses. No Doombar those days. But
you cannot beat a pint o Jail ale.

Sorry bit ****ed at the mo after a curry in good old Newton Scabbot.

And there aren't too many British towns that have had an operetta named
after them.

Although, to be fair, there were pirates before G&S.

William, you know you should never drink and post.

That Jail Ale is a bit potent.
