You have some support from my morning paper, which gives Cheltenham as
the warmest place yesterday. It quotes a temperature of 22C, but values
are only ever given to the nearest degree. (At least I assume it's the
nearest degree, though I suppose it could be rounded down.)

I wonder whereabouts the station is they are quoting that 22C from -
there is no official station here now.
