[CC] 2nd warmest February on record (GISS)
Anomaly for February (based on 1951-80 normal) was +0.79C, only beaten
by 1998 value of +0.86C. Taking the 12-month periods March-February, this was the warmest at +0.71C. Previous best was 2005-6 at +0.65C.
