Default I just knew it would be doom & gloom

After last weeks super sunshine it's been all gloom since Saturday. Weekend
started with an hour of sun early on then it went downhill and it's been
cloudy ever since.
Temperatures have struggled as a result.
Saturday 4.2, Sunday struggled to 3.7c (reached later that evening) and
today we had the warmest day of the month with 5.7c
Snow still on the ground this morning but only around 40% so February 2015
records a total of 8 snow lying days, not bad since it all fell in
January
Wonder if March will bring any?

I suppose the gloom will last for much of this week.

Current temp 3.4c

Graham, I've been in S****horpe today and the weather this side has been amazing.
Even the Humber looked blue from the bridge and I have been outside all afternoon and sure I have a tan!
Temperature here reached 8.9,but now -2.5 and incredibly there's still snow on the lawn, maybe 10%.

DM. Langtoft. Sunny, snowy, frosty, arid East Yorkshire.

I don't think that's what Graham wanted to hear, and quite frankly neither did I.
Grey and dismal all day here.
Awful!

I don't actually mind thick fog. It can bring quite a 'cosy' feel to things.
Completely overcast and gloomy I can do without.
