17/0650 Dec 13: NNW F1 4000M MIFG BR 1SC040 3AC100 2.3/2.0 1023 Tgr -2.0
Rmks: SC and AC clearing with dip in temperature and increasing mist and
shallow fog. Min so far 2.3, grass min -2.0. Rain (since 2100) 5.3 mm.

shallow fog. Min so far 2.3, grass min -2.0. Rain (since 2100) 5.3 mm.

16/0900-17/0900: max 11.6, min 0.9 (0859), grass min -3.6, rain 8.7 mm. Min
occurred after 0900, with 0.4 at 0932, in fog.

17/2100 Dec 13: ESE F1 4500M BR 1ST002 3AC080 7CS220 3.2/2.7 1017 Tgr -1.6
Rmks: Lunar halo. 0900-2100 - max 6.0 (1407), min 0.4 (0932), rain 0.2 mm.
