Weather Banter - Some sun in Brussels this morning but wind and rain now

Rather cloudy start with a light shower around 10.00 local time. Broken cloud and sunny spells subsequently until after midday. It clouded over quickly from 13.00 with a shower at 14.00, and remained overcast for the rest of the afternoon. Rain set in at about 20.00 and it is now wet and windy with continuous moderate rain. Wind moderate SW to WSW for much of the day, but it has freshened markedly from the SSW this evening.
